Eating everything
I’ve tried probiotics from other brands with 60bn cultures in the past, they caused me terrible bloating within minutes of taking. Cramps etc. I have found that they had a too high CFU count which is known to cause side effects and make symptoms worse.

Firstly, I don’t usually buy products like this as I dont believe they can do what they say. I have tried numerous over-the-counter drug solutions over the years but always found that they made me feel worse. I also prefer the ‘natural’ alternatives these days.
