The Short Version
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept products back once they have been delivered. This is to maintain the highest quality and safety standards for all of our customers, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of products once they have left our warehouse.
That said, if something went wrong with your order, whether it arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered, we will always make it right. Just email us at hello@shop-onewell.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible, and we will get it sorted for you.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will offer a full refund or replacement if:
- Your product arrived damaged during transit.
- Your product is faulty or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will cover any postage costs associated with faulty or incorrect orders.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
When We Cannot Issue a Refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after your order was delivered.
- You have opened or partially used the product (unless it is faulty).
- You provided an incorrect delivery address and the order could not be delivered.
- You are dissatisfied with the results of the product. Our products are food supplements and individual results may vary, which is not grounds for a refund.
- You have an allergy or intolerance to an ingredient listed on the product. All ingredients and allergen information are clearly displayed on our product pages and packaging. Please check these carefully before purchasing and consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure.
How Long Refunds Take
Once your refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
